We offer individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. Our specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our team is trained in CBT, DBT, SE, IFS & EMDR. We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your specific needs
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes! We offer both virtual and in-person therapy. You can choose what works best for you.
We have an office in Cedarhurst , NY for in person sessions and offer virtual therapy for those located anywhere in NY, NJ & FL.
What states do you serve?
We currently serve residents of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel a little nervous — my goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where you can speak openly and feel heard.
You’ll have an opportunity to share your story & we will decide on a plan with goals to work through.
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 45 minutes , usually set to meet weekly but a schedule can be worked out for your individual needs.
